Welcome to StageLink Events & Rental Services ("StageLink," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and equipment rentals. By accessing our website, requesting quotes, or engaging our services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING OUR SERVICES.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our website or services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
StageLink provides comprehensive event solutions, including but not limited to:
Changes to booking dates, venue, or requirements must be communicated in writing. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Major changes may require a new quote and agreement.
We accept payment via: Bank transfer/NEFT/RTGS, UPI, Cheque (subject to clearance), Cash (as per legal limits), and Credit/Debit cards.
Balance payment not received 7 days before the event may result in booking cancellation. Late payments may incur a late fee of 2% per day on the outstanding amount.
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST, service tax, etc.) unless specifically stated otherwise. Taxes will be charged as per prevailing government regulations.
In rare circumstances where we cannot fulfill the booking due to unforeseen events, we will provide: Full refund of all amounts paid, OR Equivalent replacement equipment/services at no additional cost, OR Rescheduling to alternate dates with no penalty.
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, strikes, or Acts of God. In such cases, deposits may be transferred to rescheduled dates.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
All equipment is provided in good working condition. Clients should inspect equipment upon delivery. Any defects must be reported immediately before use.
Security deposit may be required for high-value equipment.
Setup times will be agreed upon in advance. Client must ensure venue access at scheduled times. Delays due to venue restrictions may incur additional charges.
Technical crew will be provided as per agreement. Crew working hours are as per booking; overtime charges apply beyond agreed hours. Client must provide adequate facilities for crew (power, access, safety equipment).
For outdoor events, Client must provide adequate weather protection (tents, covers). StageLink reserves the right to halt operations in unsafe weather conditions. Equipment damage due to weather is Client's responsibility unless prior arrangements were made.
We maintain insurance for our equipment and services. Our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our negligence. Maximum liability shall not exceed the total contract value. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Client agrees to indemnify and hold StageLink harmless from claims arising from event content or activities, injuries to event attendees not caused by our negligence, copyright violations, or violations of laws and regulations.
All design concepts, technical drawings, and proposals remain StageLink's intellectual property. Content displayed on our equipment must not violate copyright or licensing laws. Client is responsible for obtaining necessary licenses for music, videos, or content.
StageLink may photograph events for portfolio and marketing purposes. Client may request restrictions on photography in the booking agreement.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept our Privacy Policy.
We warrant that services will be performed professionally and competently, equipment will be in good working order, and technical crew will be qualified and experienced.
Services are provided "as is" for aspects beyond our control. We do not warrant uninterrupted service in case of power failures, venue issues, or force majeure.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes should first be attempted to resolve through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, parties may pursue mediation before legal action.
Limitation Period: Any claims must be filed within 6 months of the event date or the issue arising.
